For over 30years we have been known for our great food. We purchase the best ingredients and change our menu regularly to reflect the change of seasons and the availability of different ingredients. Whenever possible we try to use seasonal, locally grown ingredients. We proudly serve cheeses made at Cato corner farm in Colchester, ice cream from Buck’s of Milford, produce from Schultz Farm in Hamden and Gresczyk Farms in New Hartford; beef, pork and veal from Eagle Wood Farm in Barkhamstead are a few of the locally procured items we feature every day. We are located in the Upper State Street area of New Haven and are known for our great food, great drink and great people.

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi      

A Citrus-Soy Glaze for a hint of sweetness and a Wasabi Aioli drizzle for a touch of heat, tops a Mahi filet on top of mixed Vegetable fried Jasmine Rice.

Seared Jumbo Sea Scallop

With Pesto, Mascarpone Risotto, Maple roasted Butternut Squash and a Pomegranate drizzle.

Filet Mignon

Grilled to order served with Truffle Oil infused Mashed Potato and roasted Fall Vegetables.

Chicken Saltimbocca

Chicken Breast layered with Prosciutto di Parma, Fresh Sage and Cato Corner Farm’s Vivace Bambino Cheese, over sautéed Baby Spinach with Mashed Potatoes.

Beef Short Rib

Slowly braised Angus Short Rib served Malbec reduction sauce with a creamy Polenta and Vegetable du jour.

Grilled Venison & Shrimp

Tender Venison Medallion served over a Maple Demi-glaze and wild caught Gulf Shrimp with Mango Chutney served with mashed Sweet Potato and roasted Vegetables.

We hope to make Christmas a little brighter for needy children in the New Haven area by giving them not only a toy, but the message of love from friends and neighbors they have never met.  Over the years, our race has given over 50,000 toys to children.
