We purchase the best ingredients and change our menu regularly to reflect the change of seasons and the availability of different ingredients. Whenever possible we try to use seasonal, locally grown ingredients. We proudly serve cheeses made at Cato corner farm in Colchester, ice cream from Buck’s of Milford, produce from Schultz Farm in Hamden and Gresczyk Farms in New Hartford; beef, pork and veal from Eagle Wood Farm in Barkhamstead and all natural choice steaks, free of growth hormones and antibiotics from Brandt Beef are a few of the items we feature every day.
